Biomasa Peninsular S.A (Spain)

BIOMASA is a SME providing full bio-waste recycling services including the development of bio-based fertilizers, through its participation in Spanish and EU R&D&i related projects. BIOMASA operates 4 Recycling Centers in Spain, managing over 200.000 t/y of bio-waste input.

Main Role: 

BIOMASA leads the Task 4.3. Formulation of Soil Improver products and application guidelines, aiming at screening the optimal “Soil Improvers”, proposing the final formulation and drawing the application guidelines for improved agronomical and environmental performance for at least 5 representative scenarios of the EU agriculture (crops, soils, climate). BPE also participates in Task 6.2. Definition of standards as well as in WPs 1, 2 and 3.
