Legacoop Agroalimentare (Italy)

Founded in 1957, Legacoop Agroalimentare represents cooperatives present in all Italian regions and operating in different agro-food and fisheries sectors – in the field of production, processing, distribution, supplying services and technical support for enterprises. Legacoop Agroalimentare associates globally 1.497 cooperatives, for a total of 197.300 members and 29.400 employees, with a total annual turnover of about 10.000.000.000 €. 

 

Main Role:  

LCOOP is involved in different WP of the project, our main roles will be: (i) Support the design and animation of the italian living lab through an effective involvment of stakeholders and through the supply of the vegetable residues of soybean production to the LL. (ii) Partecipate in the assessment of the legal framework in Italy.
