Center for Research and Technology Hellas (est. 2000) is a leading Research Centre in Greece and the EU (ranked 1st in Greece and 14th in the EU in terms of funds attracted in H2020). It is organized in 5 institutes and employs >1200 (mainly engineers & scientists) in 7 cities.
Main role: CERTH is the project coordinator. Apart from the project management, it is the leader of WP1 and WP4 focusing on guidelines and tools for supporting transformation of FPR into SI and on nutrient recovery and SI production. It leads the development of the Greek LL especially in running the separation technologies and is involved in the transportation/handling/mapping of FPR and application of circular economy practices.
