On December 17, 2024, our partner IUNG participated in the online seminar “An Open Day of Horizon Europe Agri-Environmental Projects”, where they presented the Waste4Soil Project.
The event, organized by Polish National Centre for Research and Development under the Horizon Europe program, provided a platform to explore innovative projects focused on agriculture and environmental sustainability. Key topics included:
- Sustainable soil improvement through food waste transformation (Waste4Soil Project – Soil Mission Initiative)
- Marine biodiversity and ecosystem services (MARBEFES Project)
- Innovative bioplastics production using microalgae (NENU2PHAR Project)
The seminar aimed to inform and engage researchers, stakeholders, and policymakers on funding opportunities, cutting-edge research, and best practices for successful project applications.
